Terms and conditions
The information on this website presents CERB's services and enables quote requests. Using the website means complying with the conditions below.
Quote requests
When you select “Send request”, the form data is recorded in CERB's system and the website confirms it has been saved. Information on the website does not constitute an automatic contractual offer; details, price and timing are agreed separately for each project.
The SEO foundation delivered
For development projects, CERB includes the technical and semantic foundation agreed for the project type: relevant metadata, applicable structured data, semantic structure, crawlable links and pages, relevant natural wording, accessibility measures and loading optimisations. CERB commits to implementing and checking these elements at launch, as this is what a developer can control and measure.
Crawling, indexing and ranking are subsequently decided by Google's systems. Google's public documentation states that meeting technical requirements does not guarantee that a page will be crawled, indexed or displayed, and that no method automatically puts a website first. This limitation applies to all websites and developers; it does not indicate missing technical implementation, but that algorithms, competition and result evaluation are controlled exclusively by the search engine.
CERB therefore does not promise a fixed indexing timeframe, a specific ranking, traffic, enquiries or sales. CERB delivers the right infrastructure for Google to discover, crawl and understand the project. The official documentation below explains why the final outcome cannot be controlled from outside the search engine.
Responsibility after launch
Unless the quote separately includes other services, after handover the client is responsible for content accuracy and updates, promotion, campaigns, business profiles, performance monitoring and ongoing optimisation. Marketing, regular publishing, advertising, earning mentions or external links and improving search rankings are not automatically part of the development service.
Project scope and approval
Pages, features, integrations, materials, stages and maintenance terms are those agreed in the accepted quote or documents. The client supplies or approves information about their business and confirms materials before publication. Later requirements may need a separate estimate.
Website content
The text, images, structure, visual identity and interactive elements are used to present CERB's services. Copying or reusing them without permission is not allowed, except as provided by law.
Availability and external links
The website may receive updates or technical maintenance. Links to WhatsApp, email and phone open external services whose operation and policies are not controlled by CERB.
Limitation of liability
Published information is not legal or tax advice or a promise of commercial results. CERB is responsible for services and deliverables agreed in the project documents, within the law and agreed terms. Results dependent on external platforms, search engines, providers, user behaviour or the client's marketing activities cannot be guaranteed.
